S/mileage Yuka
Yuka Maeda (前田憂佳, Maeda Yūka), born on December 28, 1994, in Chiba Prefecture, Japan, is a Japanese pop singer and a member of Hello Pro Egg, under Hello! Project. She passed the Hello Pro Egg audition and became a member in 2004.
In 2008, she was chosen to join the temporary unit High-King, created for, and whose members were a part of, Cinderella the Musical. She was also placed in the temporary unit Shugo Chara Egg! to do the openings for Shugo Chara Doki!
In 2009, she was placed in a new unit, S/mileage, along with fellow Hello Pro Eggs Saki Ogawa, Ayaka Wada, and Kanon Fukuda.
She keeps an official Up-Front Agency blog, updating occasionally with information and pictures about her life.
She has also played the role of Leila Takashiro in Hime-Chen!Otogi Chikku Idol Lilpri.
